It’s There It’s Gone
I search for it,
Certain, though I have never seen it,
That it waits somewhere,
Concealed perhaps in a nondescript hovel,
Or in some remote corner
Of this wide earth that is home for me.
- Concealed and waiting
For me to search it out,
And take it unto myself.
I search,
And then,
I wonder at times –
Does it really exist?
